The fundraiser barrel race for Friiday night has been rescheduled to Nov 13th
We are still having the rodeos this weekend. This includes the Halloween Contest and Trailer Trick or Treat. Please bring candy to give out.
We are going to have a grilled chicken dinner and are asking famlies to bring sides.
We will be starting with bulls at 9am. I'll post an updated run order this afternoon.
We will be hosting our Annual Low Country Boil. If anyone wants to volunteer to do the cooking and or has the cooker please let me know. Mr. Keith Moore has provided this the last couple of years. For the boil we ask families to help provide the food (Lots of shrimp, crawfish, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, onions or anything else you want to add). If you know you will be brining any of the above please let me know so we don't end up with 50 bags of onion. Hint: Lots of shrmp - BTW the shimp need to have the shells on.
It seems like it is taking forever for our next rodeo! I think it is because we are so excited about all the FUN! We will be hosting our 2nd annual turkey shoot on Saturday and will be giving out an overall award to the high score of the day.
We also will be hosting the 1st annual adult FUN rodeo. It will be a mix of traditional rodeo events and not so traditional.
Plus, the food! We will be having an good old fashions Thanksgiving Dinner Saturday at 6:30pm, J2 will be providing a Turkey, Ham and a tray of cornbread dressing! If you know what you are going to bring please comment below. I have been asked if there was a way for families to just make a donation and me pick up an item for them. Yes; I definitely can do that; paypal sagan8@yahoo.com. There are also plug ins available for cockpots and the refrigerator for cold items. .We always have plenty of food so please plan on eating with us.
